
Chances are you already have everything you need to get up and running with Continuen solutions. All that is required is a high-speed Internet connection and a current Web browser. Also, JavaScript and session cookies must be enabled.

cBackup, cPlanning, cDocuments, and cAssets are the modules that make up the Continuen Suite for Small Business. All Continuen solutions were built from the ground up with small businesses and narrow budgets in mind. They are easy to use and access--no advanced IT expertise is needed--and they support a multi-user, multi-computer environment for your growing business.
Continuen's solutions allow you to store your most important documents securely offsite, giving you the peace of mind you need should your office become compromised. Continuen's solutions also have security covered within your office by offering extensive yet flexible user permission levels--only the employees you approve will be able to access your information.
cPlanning provides
you with the tools to quickly and
easily create your company's Business Continuity plan. Guides and templates assist you in every
step of the process, ensuring that nothing is overlooked and that the end product is an effective
and comprehensive plan. cPlanning also allows you to manage multiple revisions of your plan should
your requirements change. Accessing your plan is always easy since it resides on a secure Internet
site. However, since we want to make sure only the people you have approved can access your plan,
security permissions are set up and managed by you.
Note: cPlanning is currently in development and not yet available.
cBackup stores your company's valuable data at a
protected offsite location and allows you to access it via a secure Internet site. You only have to
select what you would like to back up and identify when you would like the back up to occur--
cBackup automatically takes care of the rest.
You are notified via e-mail when your backup has been successfully completed or if additional action is required. If any changes occur to your data, you can easily restore just a single file or a group of files through flexible, intelligent versioning features.
As with all Continuen products, powerful security permissions allow you to manage read/write privileges by user or computer, making it easier to control who has access to your data.

cDocuments
provides a centralized, secure, offsite
location for storing, organizing, and accessing the important documents that are critical to keep
your business running. cDocuments allows you to create unlimited folders to organize and manage
any type and any number of documents, including Word documents (.doc), Excel spreadsheets (.xls,
.csv, etc.), images (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, etc.), or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files. You can also store and
access valuable documents such as Business Continuity plans, insurance policies, or action plans--
all through a secure Internet connection. Powerful security controls and multi-user capabilities
provide the features necessary to maintain a centralized document repository.
cAssets makes it easy for you to identify and keep track
of the assets owned by your company in the event that you may need to do inventory, locate them,
describe them in detail, show ownership, or file claims for insurance purposes. cAssets lets you
categorize your assets by type (i.e., furniture, equipment, etc.), identify where the asset is
located, attach an image or other supporting document of the asset, and log the serial number and
cost.
