What happens if I lose my username and password?

There are a lot people that can help you with this issue. Most companies will have an assigned Administrator account that can help you get logged in. If you don't know who that is, or you are the Administrator, then the next step is your Certified Partner. And of course we can also assist you. My login doesn't seem to work?

There are several issues that could be involved when you're having problems getting logged in. First off, while the Login ID field is not case sensitive, the Password field is. So you MUST enter your password with the exact same case as it was set with. Another issue might be that you've already failed the login 3 or more times. The cSuite contains a security module that will disallow any further login attempts after three failed attempts within a certain timeframe. If you feel this might be the case in this instance, you can either wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact your Continuen Provider or our support department for assistance.
