Organize Your Documents
cDocuments has a wide variety of options and features to cover most every customer requirement:
- Documents - Add any type of document. You can select files from your local computer, network drive or one that is on cBackup.
- Folders – Setup multiple levels of folders to help you keep your documents organized. You can even insert descriptions to help remind you as to what type of documents should be placed in the folder. Set security by folder.
- Security – You can assign various security groups to a folder and their access level – full, read, write or none. You can easily secure different folder levels by customer.
Monitoring Your Documents
cDocuments provides a wide variety of features for monitoring document access:
- Notifications - Flexible notification rules provide the ability to send notifications when someone deletes, uploads or downloads a document.
- Activity Reports – At anytime you can run reports by user to see the documents that they have added, deleted, downloaded or viewed. You can also view activity by folder.
- Statistics – Quickly view statistics to see how many documents you have on cDocuments and if it exceeds your quota. The system even tells you how many documents have been uploaded/ downloaded or viewed in the last 24 hours. It is better to know now not later!
- Document Storage – Run a report to show you how much storage space is being consumed by the documents.
